Portfolio Implementation Manager

Rory Guvetis was named Portfolio Implementation Manager effective October 16^th, 2021.

Prior to this appointment, Rory was Global Purchasing Manager of GMCH, Foundry Raw Materials and Misc. Metallics with responsibility for procuring components and manufacturing services nationally for General Motors.

Prior to GM, Rory was the co-founder and owner of AGI Construction. AGI is a Detroit based, commercial general contracting company, focusing on commercial buildouts and federally funded projects. AGI is a certified Minority and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business.

Rory joined GM in 2013 as a Project Manager in the Engineering Fascia, Bumper and Grill (BFG) department at the Warren Tech Center. In 2014, he transitioned into GPSC as a buyer supporting the (BFG) team. While on the team Rory also led multiple OpEx projects in the US and Mexico.

In 2016 Rory then transitioned into the Indirect Purchasing space where he was the Global Buyer for Cadillac Advertising and for all PR-Comms brands and business units globally.  In 2019 Rory became Purchasing Supervisor overseeing purchasing responsibilities for PR-Comms, Auto Shows, Experiential Events, Dealer Media, CRM and Print, Paper & Fulfillment.

Rory received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College and earned a Master of Science in International Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
